By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The GKS platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• you are using the platform in compliance with applicable laws

GKS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

Membership tiers and associated benefits are described on the platform or website.

Users agree that:

• subscriptions may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle
• users are responsible for managing or cancelling their subscriptions through their account settings

Membership benefits may evolve over time as the platform develops.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the platform responsibly and respectfully.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Users acknowledge that:

• GKS does not control the conduct of individual users
• users are responsible for exercising their own judgment and caution when interacting with others

GKS may implement safety systems, verification processes, moderation policies, and reporting mechanisms to maintain community standards.

7. User Content

Users may create or share content on the platform including:

• messages
• community participation
• event or venue interactions

By posting content on the platform, users grant GKS a limited license to store, display, and distribute that content within the Services for the purpose of operating the platform.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that any content they share complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

Users acknowledge that GKS facilitates connections between individuals but does not control or supervise user behavior.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GKS and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• violation of these Terms
• unlawful conduct by the user

13. Changes to the Services
