Membership & Refund Policy

This Membership and Refund Policy governs subscription billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes for Global KinkSphere (“GKS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a membership or making payments through the GKS platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Membership Billing

Access to certain features of the GKS platform requires an active membership subscription.

Memberships may be offered on different billing cycles, including but not limited to:

• Monthly memberships
• Annual memberships
• Additional billing options such as quarterly memberships may be introduced in the future

Membership pricing and features are described on the platform and may evolve as the GKS ecosystem expands.

Memberships may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to the next billing date.

2. Cancellation

Users may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings or by contacting platform support.

When a membership is cancelled:

• the cancellation prevents the next billing cycle from being charged
• the user retains full platform access until the end of the current paid billing period

Cancellation does not immediately terminate access unless the billing period has concluded.

3. Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

Because access to the platform is granted immediately upon activation of a membership, GKS does not provide refunds for:

• partial billing periods
• unused time remaining in a subscription
• changes in membership usage after payment

Users are responsible for managing their subscription prior to the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the membership.

4. Founding Access Purchases

Certain early users may have obtained Founding Access through a limited pre-launch offer.

Founding Access purchases are final and non-refundable.

This purchase granted specific access privileges as described at the time of the offer and does not entitle users to future refunds or reversals.

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If a user initiates a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with their payment provider, GKS reserves the right to take protective actions on the associated account.

Such actions may include:

• temporary suspension of the account for up to 30 days, or
• permanent termination of the account where necessary to protect the platform

Users who initiate fraudulent payment disputes may lose access to the GKS platform and related services.

6. Future Marketplace, Events, and Vendor Transactions

The GKS platform may introduce additional services including:

• vendor marketplaces
• event ticketing
• creator or content monetization
• advertising services

Transactions conducted through third-party vendors or partners operating within the GKS ecosystem may be governed by separate vendor-specific policies.

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes for these transactions may be subject to the policies established by the respective vendor or service provider.

GKS may publish additional policies governing marketplace or advertising activity as these services are introduced.

7. Policy Updates

GKS may update this Membership and Refund Policy as the platform evolves and new services are introduced.

Updated versions will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
